Photography Challenge

One of my friends is doing a 30 Day photography challenge.
I decided that I wanted to do it too.
I know I'm not the best photographer, but I'm hoping this challenge will help me be more creative.

Happy Father's Day.

To the BEST Father.

Thank you so much for all you do for our family!
We love you so much!

The Prophet said to Plant a Garden, So That's What We'll Do.

Since we really don't have a back yard that's landscaped.
And the back yard is nothing but RoCkS.
We planted a garden in planter boxes.

Nothing big, just strawberries, pumpkins, cantaloupe, and cucumbers.

Mckinley mostly played in the dirt.

Here, Hunter was concentrating so much on counting the right number of seeds in each hole.

We'll let you know how our "garden" turns out.

Pardon our dust

Things have been a little crazy around here lately.
We've moved.
A LONG way.

I'll be updating a lot, but I'll be post dating.
So keep scrolling down to see what's gone on.

Swimming pool

We bought the kids a little blow up pool to try to keep them cool this summer.
This was the first day that we used it.

Since then it has become very bee (wasp or hornet we're not sure) ridden.
We have a severe bee problem and need to get an exterminator out SOOON!!

Feeding time

Hunter has been asking to feed Madelynn.
Since I'm nursing, there isn't much time for him to feed her.
One afternoon she was exceptionally hungry and she needed a bottle.
Hunter was more than happy to feed her.

Would you look at his eyelashes. I love them!!

Graduation Part 2

Erik is our second graduate of the year!!
This has been a much anticipated event.
He's done!!
If you look really closely you can see him being hooded.
There was NO lighting in the auditorium. With my camera settings it was impossible to get a picture that was light enough, but not blurry.

I'm so proud of him.
Thanks so much for all your sacrificing for our family.
Words can't even describe how grateful I am.

I love you, Babe!!
